These are silk cones or medium brick flower arrangements made by “Flowers By Patsy”. Our services include delivery and/or exchanging of flowers at cemeteries in White County. We are willing to travel to the counties surrounding White County but there will be an additional delivery fee. Seasonal and special occasion arrangements are available upon request.
